Returns
ย
Returns will not be accepted without tags, damages, odor, or markings. The item also cannot be washed prior to return. Returns are given store credit only minus the initial shipping cost.

Return Timeframes:
Initiation: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping: You have 4 days to ship the item back after your return is approved.
Local Pickup Orders: If you selected local pickup, you must reach out within 7 days of your order being marked as delivered to request a return.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
Anyย sale or clearance items discounted 30% or more, Claim game pieces under 35

Custom Made, or personalized items (including jackets, bags, accessories)ย
Accessories, Jewelry

Swimwear, Sleepwear, Bodysuits
First 2 return labels are on us each year, after the first 2 you must provide your own label or we provide with a deduction of $7.50 from store credit.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Pre-order items
The delivery date is an estimate and we are not responsible for vendor delays. Orders cannot be canceled once placed.ย

Shipping

We currently just ship to the U.S. and Canada. We hope to add more international shipping soon! Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout for all orders.

Shipping Timeframes:
All orders are processed within 3-4 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.ย Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed. After your package takes off with the mail carrier, it's out of our hands. Tracking details will be sent to the email linked to your order. If your order goes missing, we'll work with you to resolve the issue and provide store credit!

Incorrect Address Disclaimer:
It is the buyerโs responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly.
We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We do not cancel orders or make edits once placed.
The only way your order can be canceled is if it is canceled for store credit.
